Beta BIOS release 1.3 beta 3 for NF7-S v1.0

0. Please use AWDFLASH 8.23D or later to update NF7 series BIOS. With 
   incorrect AWDFLASH version, the GUID will be erased, and leads to 
   IEEE1394 peer to peer function failed. AWDFLASH 8.23D is included in 
   this BIOS package.
1. Fix CPU temperature misreading (too high) issue.
2. Support AMD Barton CPU.
3. BIOS Compile Date: 1/7/20
