*** IMPORTANT ***

The motherboard has BIOS write-protect function enabled.

Please setup BIOS protect control to "Unprotected" in Advanced BIOS Feature 
in BIOS if you would like to update the BIOS.

Just unzip the file and run "runme.bat" in DOS or update via FlashMenu.
